RLM is a small family owned business located in Northeast Indiana. We are a reseller for material handling equipment and ergonomic solutions (supplied by a company called Vestil Manufacturing). With almost a decade in the industry, RLM wanted to develop a company that balances the relational benefits of a small business, with the price savings often associated with larger online companies; and thus, RLM Sales & Services was created.
Coming from a small town, we recognize the value of having feet on the ground in today's fast paced world. At a time when you are fortunate to talk to a real person on the phone, we strive to meet our customers where they are at. In some scenarios, this means doing onsite visits so we can perform a walk-thru analysis of the facility, inside and out. This gives us a better idea of our customers' needs and scope, and what products we can offer to help meet them. These onsite consultations allow us to be more accurate in quoting products, often saving time in the long run. Besides for visits, RLM offers free trainings to better understand the types of products we provide our customers. With over 30,000 skus, this can be very beneficial. Likewise, we offer trainings on navigating both the RLM and Vestil websites. All of these services are free to our customers, and demonstrate how much we value them.
Our care for our customers doesn't stop there, but filtrates into how we strive to conduct business. We try to always be upfront and honest. RLM understands the importance and sensitivity to time when customers are working on a project. We strive to be as forthcoming as possible. Being that RLM is a reseller and not the manufacturer, we can only do our best to pass on the same information that is given to us in a timely manner. After working in the industry for years, we understand that it is better to under promise and over deliver. With so many concerns facing the industry today (delays in receiving raw materials and components, fragility of workers, shipping delays), it is hard to be accurate; but we do our best to be upfront with our customers.
